Job summary

Eccalon LLC is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Specialist to ensure accurate payroll processing and benefits administration. You will ensure compliance with payroll laws, process taxes and year-end filings, and advise employees on benefits coverage.

You will also interact with insurers and maintain payroll records. Responsibilities include open enrollment support, W-2 processing, and collaboration with HR and finance to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field.
• CPP certification or equivalent payroll credential is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience as Payroll/Benefits Specialist or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processing, laws and regulations.
• Experience with payroll software (ADP/Paychex) and MS Office.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for all employees with accuracy and compliance.
• Handle new hires, terminations, and employee data changes timely.
• Oversee payroll processing including wages, bonuses, deductions.
• Maintain payroll records and benefits information accurately.
• Prepare payroll reports for management and employees.
