Job summary

Agilix Solutions is seeking a Payroll & Benefits Manager for our St. Louis, MO headquarters. The role ensures timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with Accounting and HR teams.

The position reports to the CFO and requires strong detail orientation, communication, and ability to handle confidential information in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10 years of payroll and benefits experience, including at least 3 years as a Payroll & Benefits Manager.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or similar payroll providers.

Responsibilities

• Administer and process bi-weekly payrolls and incentive payrolls.
• Manage relationship with third-party payroll provider (e.g., ADP).
• Review payroll accuracy and compliance; resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain payroll data and tax filings; year-end reporting (W-2s, ACA).
• Oversee benefits programs and annual open enrollment; manage 401(k) administration; audits."
• Generate benefits reports and support audits and filings.
