Job summary

TransPerfect, a global leader in language services, is seeking a Payroll Analyst in Atlanta, GA. You will process bi-weekly and monthly payroll for 3,000+ US and Canada employees, manage deductions, year-end tasks, and W-2s, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state and local laws.

• BA degree required.
• Minimum 6 years of direct payroll experience.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and payroll software.
• Excellent communications and customer service skills.
• Able to accurately multi-task and maintain extreme attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly, bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, and year-end procedures for US & Canada.
• Handle W-2s, deductions, garnishments, 401K loans, and direct deposit requests.
• Respond to inquiries and verifications for unemployment and payroll data.
• Maintain records, document procedures, and prepare management reports.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local payroll laws and company policies.
• Process payroll with accuracy for weekly, bi-weekly, and special payments.
• Counsel and resolve employee payroll issues and analyze reports as needed.
• Stay current with payroll regulations and complete other duties as required.
