Job summary

Clarity Recruiting's client, a leading global wealth management firm, seeks a Sr. Payroll Analyst to support multi-country payroll operations including US and Canada. You will process semi-monthly payroll using Workday and ADP, ensure data accuracy and compliance, and partner with HR, Finance, and vendors.

Exposure to Canadian payroll and international payroll operations is preferred. 3+ years of relevant experience required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of payroll experience in mid-size to large organizations.
• Strong US multi-state payroll processing experience.
• Exposure to Canadian payroll and international payroll desired.

Responsibilities

• Support payroll operations across US and Canada regions.
• Process semi-monthly payroll using Workday and ADP.
• Ensure payroll data is accurate, compliant and timely.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors.
