Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst in Brea, CA to manage complex multi-country payrolls across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM. You will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely processing of wages, tax filings, and reconciliations.

Responsibilities include off-cycle payments, adjustments, and standardizing payroll processes across the Americas as part of the Payroll Transformation initiative. Requires 5+ years of experience and knowledge of ADP/Workday/SAP/Dayforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business or 7+ years payroll experience.
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in multi-state environment.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across U.S., Canada, LATAM.
• Off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, final pay calculations.
• Payroll tax filings and reporting, including W-2 and T4.
• Payroll data validation, reconciliation, audits.

Job Description

The Senior Payroll Analyst will process complex multi-country payrolls across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM, ensuring payroll accuracy and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, final pay calculations, payroll reconciliations, tax filings, and employee payroll records. Support payroll system upgrades, integrations, configuration, automation, and standardization of payroll processes across the Americas as part of the Payroll Transformation initiative.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business, or a minimum of 7 years of related payroll experience required
• 5+ years of experience processing complex payroll in a multi-state environment required.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations across the U.S., Canada, and LATAM.
• Multi-country payroll processing and payroll compliance.
• Off-cycle payments, payroll adjustments, and final pay calculations.
• Payroll tax filings and reporting, including W-2 and T4.
• Payroll data validation, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and payroll audits.
• Employee payroll records, tax withholdings, benefits, and direct deposits.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with ADP, Workday, SAP, or Dayforce payroll systems.

• Experience with payroll system upgrades, integrations, and configuration.

• Payroll process standardization, harmonization, and automation.

• Spanish and/or Portuguese language proficiency for LATAM payroll support.
