Job summary

TPI Composites is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage daily administration of multiple US payrolls in ADP Workforce Now and ADP E-time. The role involves processing payrolls, timecard review, tax state management, and generating reports in a high-volume environment.

This position is hybrid, with both remote work and attendance at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. Strong ADP experience and exceptional accuracy are essential for success in this fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred but not required.
• 7+ years ADP Payroll Experience, ADP Workforce Now and ADP etime preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and PC skills including Excel and Outlook.
• Time management skills to produce accurate work under pressure.
• Ability to switch gears and multi-task efficiently and effectively.
• Ability to work independently with confidentiality and discretion.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong customer service.

Responsibilities

• Process full cycle end-to-end bi-weekly payrolls with data entry for hires and terminations.
• Calculate and record payroll adjustments and amendments.
• Implement tools and systems for payroll scale and efficiency.
• Handle reporting requests and create new reports as needed.
• Provide high level customer service to internal and external customers.
• Communicate effectively with associates and leaders on payroll questions.
