Job summary

BIC World is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to lead payroll processing for the US and Canada. You will ensure timely, accurate payrolls for ~700 employees using ADP Workforce Now and partner with HR, Finance, and vendors to deliver compliant payroll services.

Based in a hybrid environment with Norwalk, Connecticut as a base, you will drive process improvements, support year-end activities, and help automate payroll tasks while upholding strict confidentiality and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 10+ years payroll experience, with ADP Workforce Now preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Process US and Canada payroll weekly/bi-weekly/monthly for ~700 employees.
• Handle tax, benefit, and ledger postings with accuracy.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and vendors; drive process improvements.
