Job summary

Cvent in Dallas, TX is seeking a Payroll Analyst II to maintain and manage the employee payroll function in a fast-paced finance environment. You will support accurate payroll processing and reporting in collaboration with Accounting and Human Resources.

The role requires 6+ years of payroll experience, hands-on use of ADP Workforce Now and Streamline, and strong Excel plus clear written and verbal communication. A bonus potential is offered in addition to a base salary.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of payroll processing experience.
• Payroll systems experience (ADP Workforce Now & Streamline).
• Experience using Workday is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Follow processes to ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely.
• Assist with the preparation of reports summarizing payroll, profit sharing, deductions, and withholding.
• Provide specialized payroll and deduction information as required and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Research variances regarding past pay cycles, lien or tax garnishment documentation, legal inquiries and audit questions.
• Ensure reconciliation and analysis of related balance sheet accounts and journals.
• Participate in implementing new payroll reporting and analysis systems and policies.
• Coordinate payroll functions with Accounting, Data Processing, and HR.
• Payroll GL creation.
