Job summary

Chase seeks a Senior Associate of Product in Payments to help conceptualize the next generation of fintech payment platforms and design seamless customer journeys for digital payments.

You will lead startup‑like efforts within a large organization, drive product thinking, and partner with engineering, design, and analytics to deliver scalable payment experiences for millions of customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or product management in fintech
• Strong knowledge of APIs and engineering practices
• Ability to drive product vision from 0-1 and scale platforms

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design and Analytics to develop product strategies from 0-1
• Define product goals and KPIs and translate into user stories
• Work with developers and testers to translate requirements into technical designs and tests
• Conduct pre-release reviews to certify production readiness
• Manage backlog and support agile delivery, launches and go‑to‑market
• Monitor performance and scope enhancements with remediation plans
• Collaborate across Risk, Controls, Legal, Compliance for governance
