Job summary

Chase is seeking a Senior Product Associate in the Operations Fulfillment and Archive Services group to drive product development through user research, metrics analysis, and cross‑functional collaboration within one of the world’s leading financial institutions.

You will partner with Product Managers to shape the roadmap, write requirements and user stories, and help balance business delivery, technology enablement, and operational needs as you advance existing offerings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management or a related domain area.
• Experience writing technical stories in JIRA/Confluence using industry standard notations.
• Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle.
• Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition.
• Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy.
• Experience in using AI tools to streamline and automate processes.
• Ability to manage complex projects, inquiries, etc.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery.
• Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience.
• Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
• Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
• Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering teams to ensure roadmaps strike the right balance between business delivery, technology enablement and operations work.
• Help with overall product life cycle through planning, execution, and future development by continuously adapting, developing new products and methodologies, managing risks.
