Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant experience such as processing ACH files, wire transfers and/or check clearing required.
• Demonstrates strong analytical/problem solving and time management skills.
• Good judgment necessary for decision-making.

Responsabilités

• Assist management with all Payment Support department functions.
• Monitor team workflow for accurate processing of transactions.
• Communicate directly with CU members to resolve errors and disputes.
