Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Payments Facilitator to orchestrate payment and deposit solutions across client segments in the U.S. market. You will be the unified face of the payments ecosystem, partnering with product and finance teams to optimize margin, pricing, and client outcomes.

In this role you will lead discovery conversations, translate client needs into integrated solutions, and drive year-over-year revenue growth while ensuring compliance with regulations like AML and BSA.

Qualifications

• Experience or knowledge in payments and deposit solutions across liquidity and investments, receivables, payments, commercial cards, merchant services, and trade domains.
• Ability to lead client discovery and solutioning conversations.
• Ability to engage product specialists and implementation teams.
• Ability to use Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce to track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages.
• Ability to coordinate with ICG Relationship Managers throughout the sales cycle.
• Knowledge of pricing coordination across payment products, including CPS, MPS, FX, and Prepaid.
• Ability to manage margin and profitability with product and finance teams.
• Regulatory and compliance knowledge including AML, BSA, and related guidelines.

• Simplify the go-to-market experience and elevate client conversations.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs and translate them into integrated solutions.
• Serve as the single point of contact for payments strategy and coordinate with product and implementation teams.
• Track engagement, pipeline, and solution design stages using Deepening Dashboards and Salesforce.
• Coordinate pricing across CPS, MPS, FX, and Prepaid while ensuring margin and profitability.
