Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Finance or equivalent experience.
• 8–10 years of client management experience in the payments industry.
• Proficient in data analysis, ROI and P&L basics.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the strategic face of Payment Services to clients.
• Manage a book of accounts including maintenance and growth.
• Drive profitability and renewals through performance reviews and recommendations.
• Escalation point for client issues for internal/external stakeholders.
