Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting and finance or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance etc.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer.
• Experience working with global banking platforms and in multiple currencies.
• Understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• Knowledge of any ERP system, preferably Workday.
• Responsible for end-to-end Bank reconciliation.
• Identify and report unreconciled items.
• Monitor returned and rejected payments.
• Track payment KPIs and operational metrics.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams for transaction verification.
• Clean up debit balances.
