Job summary

Consolidated Analytics, Inc. in the United States (Tennessee) seeks a Senior Associate – Finance & Accounts to manage end-to-end AP processes, vendor management, and query handling in a high-volume environment.

You will lead invoice processing, reconcile accounts, and coordinate payment cycles (ACH, checks, and cards) while supporting 1099s and year-end activities. Strong ERP experience (SAGE Intacct/Zoho) and excellent Excel skills are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience in a multinational Shared Services environment.
• Strong expertise in invoice processing, vendor management, reconciliation.
• Experience with high-volume processing and strict accuracy.
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Involved in creating, modifying, verifying, and cleansing the Vendor Master.
• Identify duplicates and maintain invoice receipt, verification, processing.
• Record invoices both PO-based, and Non‑PO based (Un‑supported Invoices).
• Coordinate with stakeholders for coding, approvals, and resolving blocked invoices.
• Manage payment cycles (ACH, Check, and Credit Cards) with approvals.
• Research payment issues and take appropriate actions.
• Manage AP Close activities.
• Process recurring payments and ensure policy documentation.
• Meet month-end deadlines and ensure checklist completion.
• Understand the 1099 process and assist year-end processing.
• Assist with vendor data cleansing and communications with vendors.
• Helpdesk – first level escalation for queries.
• Monitor tickets and customer satisfaction.
