Job summary

Apex Group Ltd (UK Branch) in Reston, VA seeks a Senior Analyst to manage global vendor payments, payroll funding, and treasury activities. The role involves intercompany settlements, bank governance, and accurate end-to-end AP processes.

Ideal candidates have 6–10 years in accounting/finance, with knowledge of SWIFT/SEPA/BACS/ACH, and hands-on experience with ERP systems (Workday preferred). Strong organizational skills are essential for month-end duties and KPI tracking.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Responsible for global vendor payments, payroll funding, and other treasury activities, intercompany settlements, bank account governance etc.
• Knowledge of SWIFT, SEPA, BACS, ACH, WIRE transfer.
• Experience working with global banking platforms and in multiple currencies.
• Understanding of end-to-end Accounts Payable process.
• Knowledge of any ERP system, preferably Workday.
• Responsible for end-to-end Bank reconciliation.
• Identify and report unreconciled items.
• Monitor returned and rejected payments.
• Track payment KPIs and operational metrics.
• Assist with month-end closing processes.
• Collaborate with AP/AR teams for transaction verification.
• Clean up debit balances.
