Outcomes Operating Inc. is seeking a seasoned clinician-focused sales leader to drive adoption of clinical pharmacy services to payer markets. The role requires strong payer industry experience, pharmacy expertise, and a proven record of selling clinical and technology solutions.

You will develop and execute business development plans, engaging payers directly or via channel partners to grow new business. The position offers remote work with travel up to 50%, and a compensation package including

Qualifications

• Experience presenting or selling at all organizational levels.
• Proven record of success in the healthcare/pharmacy space.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Working knowledge of Windows & MS Office and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel up to 50% in the territory.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends for events.

Responsabilités

• Sell new business to payer segments/markets.
• Lead business development to meet/exceed targets.
• Build relationships with customers, prospects and internal teams.
• Serve as payer segment thought leader.
• Demonstrate services and identify market opportunities.
• Forecast opportunities using Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Marketing/Sales Ops/Product Mgmt to win in market.
• Provide market intelligence on pricing, collateral, product enhancements.
