Job summary

Outcomes is a leading provider of medication therapy management for payers and pharmacies across the United States. This Executive Sales Rep role drives adoption and sales of clinical pharmacy services and technology products to payer segments, reporting to the Sales Director.

You will develop business plans, build strategic relationships with payers, and coordinate with marketing, product, and operations to win in the marketplace. Travel up to 50% required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or pharmacy; PharmD or clinical degree a plus.
• Eight years of relevant sales or pharmacy development experience.
• Experience selling to payers or healthcare IT space preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business sales to payer segment and channels.
• Develop and execute business development plans.
• Build relationships with customers and cross-functional teams.
• Utilize Salesforce for forecasting and tracking.
• Travel up to 50% within the territory.
• Work from home when not traveling.
