The position requires strong communication, scheduling, and insurance verification skills, with the ability to support multiple clinic locations and mentor junior staff.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in healthcare setting.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to train staff and mentor.

Responsibilities

• Assist in hiring and act as a peer interviewer.
• Handle patient check-in/out, scheduling, insurance verification, and phones.
• Provide staff mentorship and training.
• Coordinate process improvements and lead team huddles.
• Back up supervisor and help manage schedules.
• Arrange facility and equipment maintenance as needed.
