Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in patient check-in and check-out, scheduling, and insurance verification.
• Handle complex tasks and escalated issues; backup supervisor when needed.
• Mentor and train staff on processes and procedures.
• Participate in process improvements and team huddles, track metrics.
• Coordinate referrals, authorizations, and care scheduling; ensure documentation.
