Responsibilities

• Lead PSR team in administrative and reception duties and responsibilities.
• Greet visitors professionally and manage scheduling with the EMR system.
• Train new hires, onboarding and ongoing process updates for PSR staff.
• Verify insurance, collect payments, and assist with patient access needs.
• Maintain PPE compliance, quality assurance, and efficient appointment flow.
