Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Medical Receptionist training preferred.
• Two years of PSR or related experience required.
• EPIC experience preferred; healthcare environment experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Creates master scheduling template for the department.
• Manages daily staffing and flow within the clinic.
• Schedules for multiple specialties and coordinates referrals.
• Provides trainee feedback and develops training content.
• Acts as departmental resource for levels I–IV staff.
