Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Patient Services Representative Lead to mentor the PSR team and assist the Patient Services Manager in supervising the department. The role focuses on ensuring a seamless patient experience, resolving complex issues, and maintaining efficient patient flow from check-in to check-out.

Ideal candidates have strong leadership, customer service, and EMR experience, with a background in practice management.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years relevant experience in public contact, preferably in a medical office environment
• Minimum 3 years front office, medical reception, or direct customer service experience
• Practice Management and Electronic Medical Record experience
• High School diploma or the equivalent required
• Lead experience or proven exemplarity PSR trainer/mentor preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide training for new-hires and mentor PSR team members
• Help maintain PSR coverage and monitor patient flow from check-in to check-out
• Oversee patient interactions at PSR stations and reassign staff to maximize service
• Support Care Center leadership in daily objectives and workflow prioritization
• Develop and enforce front office standards, protocols and safety procedures
