Job summary

Nebraska Medicine is seeking a Customer Service Senior Associate to resolve patient concerns and support billing inquiries in a fast-paced environment. Training begins on the First Shift at the ECCP location in the Mutual of Omaha Building, Omaha, Nebraska, with a 6–8 week training period before transitioning to a regular 9:00 am–5:30 pm schedule.

Qualifications

  • High school education or equivalent; additional college coursework or equivalent experience.
  • Able to interact with customers by phone and in person.
  • Knowledge of patient billing process.
  • Strong research and problem-solving abilities.
  • Analytical, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to work with diverse customers.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, databases, and payer applications.
  • Typing at least 40 words per minute with 95% accuracy.
