Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or mail.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate department to resolve patient accounts.
• Explain cost estimates for procedures and discuss financial options with patients.
• Document activities in the patient accounting system and maintain records.
