Responsibilities

• Support financial counselors with training and workflow issues.
• Review accounts to ensure funding sources are pursued and applications accurate.
• Screen demographic and financial information to identify funding sources.
• Explain benefits and ensure patient instruction to receive assistance.
• Document actions in hospital accounting system and manage payments.
