Responsibilities

• Interview patients and/or family members.
• Document activities on accounts during in-house and patient accounting cycle.
• Perform financial clearance including collections and designate for Financial Assistance.
• Follow up on Government applications and coordinate with patients.
• Conduct field visits to patient homes for skip tracing and document assistance.
• Notify hospital staff of screening determinations and outcomes.
