Job summary

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of Patient Service Representative or Medical Assistant experience in an outpatient medical office setting.
• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Check in and out patients, collect co-payments, issue receipts, and reconcile payments.
• Schedule appointments, complete patient registration, collect patient payments, and deliver high customer service.
• Coordinate administrative support across facilities, billing, HR, and other departments.
• Coordinate communication between patients, families, staff, insurers, and departments.
• Assist with patient care flow, referrals, and authorization tracking in CS-Link.
