• Front desk patient check-in and demographics verification.
• Communicate privacy disclosures and obtain necessary signatures.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.

Responsabilités

• Check-in patients for appointments and verify demographics.
• Monitor patient wait times and communicate changes to patients.
• Explain insurance rank requirements and collect expected payments.
• Schedule follow-up appointments including referrals and specialty services.
• Process multi-channel messages related to appointments and requests.
• Maintain medical records and assist with referrals and pre-certifications.
