Houston Methodist is seeking a Senior Patient Access Associate to collect accurate demographic and insurance information in the EHR at various entry points. The role includes cashiering responsibilities, ensuring cash accuracy and collecting co-pays and deductibles, while verifying medical necessity per Medicare guidelines.

The position requires strong customer service, effective communication, and mentoring skills to support teammates; adherence to EMTALA/HIPAA regulations is essential.

• 4 years of customer service experience including hospital registration.
• Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English.
• Ability to communicate with patients, physicians and staff with a customer service focus.
