• No educational requirement and 1-2 years relevant experience.
• CHAA certification required upon hire (NAHAM).
• Experience in patient registration, scheduling, and/or hospital patient accounting preferred.
• Medical terminology and insurance billing knowledge preferred.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules appointments for complex service lines and surgical services.
