Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules, registers, initiates pre-authorization and referrals for McLaren Health.
• Obtains and verifies patient demographic and insurance information.
• Performs real-time insurance verification and explains requirements to patients.
• Collects copays and other financial obligations and documents information.
• Handles patient calls to grow business and improve satisfaction.
