• Verifies insurance eligibility and obtains necessary authorizations
• Calculates and collects the estimated patient portion
• Performs financial assessment for program assistance
• Represents the Patient Access department in a professional, courteous manner
• Supports department to meet established performance targets
• Completes required training and adheres to policies and procedures
