Airbnb is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to oversee a portfolio of live distribution partners across verticals such as financial services, airlines, loyalty programs, and business travel platforms.

You will lead deal negotiations, drive launch plans, and build measurement frameworks with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance to scale globally.

This role requires 8+ years in partnerships, strong analytical and communication skills, and comfort operating in fast-moving environments.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development or partnerships.
• Proven track record managing multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Experience with partner negotiations and deal structuring.
• Ability to build ROI models and forecasts.
• Strong communication and influence with senior stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Partner management: own day-to-day relationships, reviews, and performance.
• Partnership strategy: define growth, value proposition, and sequencing for categories.
• Deal execution: support and lead negotiations from outreach to contract.
• Launch and ongoing growth: plan launches, track performance, optimize offers.
• Measurement and forecasting: build KPI models, forecast bookings and revenue.
• Cross-functional leadership: collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
• Market and category expertise: monitor competitor activity and shifts.
• Program development: capture learnings to build playbooks and onboarding processes.
• Internal advocacy: represent partners and inform roadmap.
