Job summary

Airbnb is seeking a Senior Partnerships Manager to lead a portfolio of live distribution partners across travel categories. You will own relationship management, drive growth, and help shape the strategy for partnerships from onboarding to renewals, collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Finance.

You will build ROI models, forecast partner-sourced bookings and revenue, and develop programs that scale globally.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in business development, partnerships or distribution.
• Experience managing a portfolio of live strategic partners.
• Strong analytical mindset with ROI forecasting and modelling.
• Ability to structure and negotiate multi‑partner deals.

Responsibilities

• Own day‑to‑day partner relationships, reviews, and performance tracking.
• Contribute to BD strategy for partner categories within the distribution plan.
• Lead deal execution from outreach to contract, including revenue sharing and loyalty models.
• Launch partnerships and drive ongoing growth and optimization.
• Build KPI frameworks, forecast bookings and revenue, and report to leadership.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing.
