Job summary

Yahoo Inc. in New York City is seeking a Senior Partnerships leader to drive the strategy and growth of partner-driven giving for the 2028 cycle. You will own who we partner with, what we offer, and how we credit results, leading a team and collaborating with product and marketing.

You will build pipelines, set pricing and reporting commitments, and deliver cross-functional partnerships with a data-driven approach and a strong ownership mindset.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in partnerships, business development, or sales, including at least 3 years managing teams.
• Proven track record closing and growing sales accounts with measurable results.
• Ownership mindset: able to build processes and teams from scratch and iterate quickly.
• Data-literate: can read dashboards, question attribution models, explain results clearly.
• Ideally knowledge of campaign finance rules and ability to call counsel when needed.
• Mission-driven with genuine interest in progressive politics and donor engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own the partnerships strategy end-to-end: set strategy, target list, and calendar.
• Build the pipeline and close new partners: PACs, donor collectives, and party committees.
• Own the enterprise offer: set pricing, terms, and reporting commitments.
• Deliver partner reporting: use internal systems and AI to show donations driven.
• Report, measure, and iterate: manage pipeline, revenue, retention, and reporting.
• Partner cross-functionally: align with Product, Marketing, and roadmap.
