Amazon is seeking a Senior Partnership Manager to build, manage, and scale US partnerships in a fast-paced environment. You will own end-to-end execution from contracting to launch, overseeing relationships up to C-level, and coordinating with product, engineering, and sales teams for seamless integrations.

The role requires strong negotiation, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements
• 5+ years of professional or military experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
• Experience structuring and negotiating agreements and leading cross functional groups

Responsabilités

• Execution of new partnerships from contracting through launch.
• Manage day-to-day relationships with existing Amazon Shipping Partners up to C-level.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding for new Integration partners acting as a technical liaison between partners, product tech, sales, and support.
• Prepare and deliver partnership priorities outlining progress and roadblocks to senior management.
• Own strategy related to new partnership opportunities.
• Work with program and product/engineering teams to drive innovation of products and features.
