Amazon Shipping is expanding its at-scale logistics leadership in Chicago and across the U.S. We seek a Sr.

Business Development Lead who can teach customers new ways to meet rising expectations by tailoring Amazon’s shipping solutions to their unique goals. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations to translate customer needs into scalable offerings and guide complex decision cycles toward measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting.
• 3+ years working with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders, using data to solve business problems.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue, adoption, and market share for Amazon Shipping by leading insight-driven engagements.
• Design tailored Amazon Shipping solutions using financial and operational data.
• Translate market signals into clear inputs for Product, Tech, and Operations to improve features and scalability.
• Define and own program goals, track progress, and deliver long-term customer value.
