Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking a Senior Product Manager - Tech to lead initiatives that simplify the selling partner experience and scale systems across cohorts. You will own the roadmap from concept to launch, articulate strategy, and drive data-driven decisions to impact customer experience and business growth.
You will partner with engineering, BizTech, and global teams, writing clear requirements and coordinating cross-functional execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher required.
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering features and tradeoffs of a product.
- Experience discussing engineering decisions and strategy for a product.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product strategy and vision grounded in customer needs and external analysis.
- Identify opportunities to improve Seller experience and translate into products with business impact.
- Own roadmap from concept to launch with ROI-driven prioritization.
- Write clear requirements and collaborate with engineering on design and tradeoffs.
- Work with internal customers to understand use cases and pain points.
