Job summary

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Sales Associate on the Infrastructure team to drive new partnership development with PSPs, fintechs, and banks launching stablecoin payment products on Coinbase's platform.

You will manage deal execution from diligence through close, coordinating across legal, compliance, and technical teams to translate Coinbase's stability into partner value propositions. This remote-first role requires clear communication with executives and a proven ability to close complex deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnerships at PSPs, fintechs, banks or crypto companies.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals from inception through close.
• Knowledge of payments, stablecoins, cross-border payments, and digital wallets.

Responsibilities

• Originate new partnership opportunities with PSPs, fintechs, and banks by researching high-potential prospects and developing tailored outreach and engagement strategies.
• Manage deal execution from initial diligence through negotiation and close, coordinating across legal, compliance, and technical workstreams while delivering against revenue targets.
• Lead partner conversations by translating Coinbase's stablecoin infrastructure capabilities into partner-specific value propositions for senior stakeholders.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Account Management, Solutions Architecture, Legal, and Specialty Sales to support smooth partner onboarding and integration.
• Share market intelligence, competitive insights, and partner feedback with Product and leadership to inform Coinbase's infrastructure roadmap and positioning.
