Concentrix IRL Work-at-Home is seeking a Senior Partner Success Manager to lead a portfolio of partner‑delivered customer engagements from onboarding to adoption. You will own delivery success across a book of business, coordinating with alliance partners, customers, sales, and delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
4+ years in Partner Success, Customer Success, Delivery Management or related fields.
Experience managing 10–30 concurrent engagements or accounts.
Strong understanding of SaaS, AI, cloud, or technology-driven businesses.
Proven ability to manage escalations and drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of concurrent customer engagements from partner assignment through completion and adoption.
Maintain visibility into engagement health including scope, timelines, risks, milestones, adoption trends.
Conduct regular business reviews with customers and partners to evaluate progress and opportunities.
Build trusted relationships with customer executives, partner leadership, and key stakeholders.
