Togetherhood is expanding its NYC-based Customer Success team to partner with schools, PTA leaders, and community organizers, guiding them through onboarding, program design, and ongoing platform use.

You will manage a diverse portfolio of accounts, drive renewals, and advocate for partner success with cross-functional teams. This role requires travel within NYC and a hands-on, in-person presence.

Competenze

• 5+ years in school operations or account management.
• 3+ years in a leadership or management role.
• Proven track record with high-value accounts.
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills.
• Familiar with Asana and HubSpot.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end partner onboarding, renewal, and retention.
• Build strong relationships with school and community stakeholders.
• Recommend enrichment programs tailored to each partner’s goals.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and NPS-driven growth.
• Provide on-site support and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Talent, and Operations.
