Job summary

Success Matcher Recruitment is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager in New York, NY to own and grow a portfolio of 130–150 school partnerships within an AI health tech startup.

You will blend relationship management with a growth mindset, drive student referrals, and shape how the School Success function operates as we scale. Role requires ~20 meetings per week with counselors, and in-office 3 days/week in SoHo.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in customer success, account management, or sales with growth/upsell focus.
• Experience in an early-stage startup and building processes from scratch.
• Ability to manage a large book of business in a B2B2C/B2C model.
• Sales-minded with high EQ and ability to earn trust with school counselors.
• Based in NYC or willing to relocate; in-office 3 days/week in SoHo.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of ~150 school partnerships with ~20 weekly meetings.
• Drive growth through consultative upsell motions across the referral network.
• Analyze data to identify areas needing attention and run quick experiments.
• Build and refine playbooks, metrics, and operational processes as the function scales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Ops, Product, Growth, and Clinical teams.
