Job summary

Xometry, a NASDAQ-listed digital manufacturing marketplace, is seeking a Partner Acquisition Lead to own top-of-funnel recruitment for domestic manufacturers. You will lead strategic campaigns and day-to-day management of the acquisition team, building a scalable playbook that expands Xometry's network.

Qualifications

• 5+ years total experience in sales or partnerships.
• 2+ years in a leadership/management role.
• Experience in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, supply chain, or manufacturing is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and close high-potential manufacturing partners; define best practices for the team.
• Recruit, train, and manage Acquisition Specialists focused on outbound and inbound recruitment.
• Coach team with regular 1-on-1s, call reviews, and script optimization to convey Xometry's value.
• Design and execute multi-channel outreach with Marketing across email, calls, social and events.
• Identify growth areas and deploy targeted recruitment strategies to fill gaps.
• Own metrics: track activity, lead-to-signed conversion and onboarding speed.
• Analyze the funnel to remove bottlenecks and improve throughput.
• Report to leadership on acquisition costs, partner quality, and progress toward quarterly growth targets.
