Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Partner Success Specialist to scale customer success methodologies across the partner ecosystem.

You will architect frameworks enabling partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation and act as an extension of AWS’s customer success organization. In this role you will lead strategy, enablement programs, and governance across large enterprise partners, driving measurable outcomes and ROI.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience.
• 10+ years blending product and program management to create and improve processes.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
• End-to-end product delivery experience.
• Experience delivering features and evaluating tradeoffs.
• Experience as a product manager or owner.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long-term growth objectives.
• Design and adapt CS CoE's Activate to Advocate framework for partner implementation.
• Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring, and value realization playbooks.
• Develop governance models and operational guidelines for partners.
• Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led outcomes.
• Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners.
• Enable partners to build and scale customer success practices.
• Guide partners through post-sale stages.
• Deploy customer health frameworks and intervention strategies through partner channels.
• Build adoption, change management, and stakeholder engagement toolkits.
• Coach partners in value realization approaches.
• Build feedback mechanisms to evolve success frameworks.
