Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in product or portfolio management.
• Bachelor's degree; project management and P&L experience in financial services.
• Experience managing large partnership relationships.
• Strong relationship, strategic thinking, and communication/presentation abilities in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute short and long product-level strategies for a large partner portfolio.
• Participate on cross-functional teams to meet profitability targets and drive portfolio management.
• Forecast key portfolio metrics and assist in planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Risk and Finance to assess program effectiveness and drive changes.
• Develop business cases for new initiatives and enhancements.
