Qualifications

• Experience with risk analysis and risk management processes.

Responsibilities

• Assesses the effectiveness of credit risk management across Citi and Citibank.
• Management of Retail Credit Risk Review (CRR) entities via quarterly monitoring.
• Assess quality of portfolios and identify emerging risks.
• Assess quality of credit analysis, risk ratings, and classifications.
• Evaluate effectiveness of risk processes and standards across Review Entities.
• Assess staffing levels and resource allocation within the team.
• Prepare Credit Assessment Documents to CRR standards.
• Approve relationship-level file testing prepared by CRR analysts.
• Evaluate corrective action plans and validate post-implementation effectiveness.
• Ensure quality and consistency of risk work products.
• Support regional/global CRR tasks and communicate risks to senior management.
• Escalate concerns and emerging risks to senior management with transparency.
• Maintain compliance with laws, rules, and Citi policies.
