• Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems and rewards economics.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for ThankYou Rewards capabilities and partnerships.
• Own end-to-end partnership strategy for the ThankYou Rewards program.
• Drive innovation and modernization of rewards platforms and redemption journeys.
• Present strategic recommendations and investments to executive leadership.
