Job summary

Citi is seeking a senior leader to head Partner Engagement & Strategy for the Partnership Cards and Development organization in New York. The role focuses on setting vision, renewing partnerships, and optimizing portfolios in line with USCC strategy.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in financial services.
• Proven success in managing internal and external partnerships and ability to negotiate complex structures.
• Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
• Executive communication and relationship-building across a highly matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Partner with USCC businesses to identify and implement strategic initiatives and partnerships.
• Support or lead transactions from sourcing to closing, including due diligence and negotiations.
• Evaluate transactions from strategic, operational and financial perspectives; present recommendations.
• Direct resources to develop, negotiate and manage partner contracts and renewals.
