Job summary

Akamai powers and protects life online. The Partner Solutions Engineer role sits within the Pre-sales team and focuses on enabling partners to sell, implement, and support Akamai solutions across global markets.

You will develop trusted relationships with partner leadership, coordinate technical enablement, and tailor resources to drive partner-sourced opportunities. Strong presentation skills and fluency in English and Swedish are important, with remote-friendly work options.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer or partner-facing environment such as technical pre-sales, account or project management.
• Experience in cybersecurity, cloud, enterprise, or networking technology.
• Ability to present complex technical material to diverse audiences, virtually and in-person.
• Excellent communication in Swedish and English and strong relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with partners' sales, presales, and technical leaders.
• Support partners with technical sales activities including value confirmation and delivery.
• Coordinate enablement for partners on relevant Akamai products.
• Customize resources like sales plays, competitive intelligence, and use cases to drive partner opportunities.
• Represent partner needs to product teams and collaborate with marketing, services, and support to ensure partner success.
• Partner with field sales to drive channel business.
